Much better showing. Very ripe and airy tones of honey and red apple mixed in with lemon stone minerality. Palate of butter and caramel with decent acidity but length is a bit short suggesting that this needs to be drunk up soon.

Wonderful ethereal wine, with a perfumed nose of stone fruit, honeycomb and lemon. With white Burgundy, my palette tends to Puligny. Meursault I normally find just a little to full, but I am won over here with the purity of fruit, the wonderful balance of the wine (the acidity came through on the second day), and am in admiration of the great wine-making skills that produced all of this.
Will it last longer? Possibly, but it all depends on how much farmyard you are prepared to risk. White Burgundy seems to come down faster than it goes up.

Lovely deep golden color. Drinking well and paired very nicely with the scampi linguine.
