Popped and poured. I have been struggling to find a good $25 and under domestic chardonnay and was hoping this would be the one. Very, very close. What I liked about it...the freshness, the chablis/white burgundy feel, the lack of butter/popcorn/caramel flavors. Not much mid-palate and finish on the down side. All in all, good wine. 88 pts.

I so disagree with the last poster. It's very much chardonnay, but more burgundian in approach than WA-typical (light touch with the oak, as would be expected from this house) amped up by some youthful brightness. Multi-faceted and complex, not tropical.

Not varietally representative of Chard. Full bodied, this wine is very fruity and has a rhone feel to it. Tropical fruit. Hint of chemical. Medium minus on acid. Disappointing as a chard, but I'm sure some may like it as a white wine.

Citrus, apple, quince jelly, tropical fruit on the finish, this is a great white wine.
