I think this is falling off a bit perhaps. Was a bit thinner than expected on it's own, but paired really well with a steak. The fat and salt woke up the flavors a notch.

Sineann Block One Cab (02 -12) plus some others (My Home): Purple in color, looking young. The nose has a nice cassis note with some vanilla/cedar. Also a bit of black licorice. Solid fruit still young. It took some time to show some layering in the glass. Seems younger than 10 years. Never stopped improving.

Charlie's 65th - Lots of wines! (Charlie's Home): The grapes come from one of the older sections of the Champoux Vineyard in Washington. This was an awesome bottle of Cab. It is still on the young side, but it has lost its baby fat and exuberance. What is left is cassis, tobacco, black raspberries and just a hint of dust. Layers although a taste later in the night showed much more complexity than when opened. Delicious. I have a lone bottle left, that will wait a few more years at least.

Consistent with previous bottle but even better integrated now. Should continue to age well.

This was great. Super saturated, dark fruited and perfumed. Wish I had more, would love to revisit this in another 3-5 years.

Showing premature aging in appearance but palate is dense and layered with exceptional finish.
