Southside Chambolle 1er Crus (Chicago IL): Served Blind. Sappy pure red raspberry on the nose with a bit of herb. Moderately ripe palate with a good bit of acid and a decent finish. Became very syrupy after 1/2 hour in the glass.

Chambolle Musigny "Southside" 1er Cru Dinner (Custom House - Chicago IL): Served blind. Started nicely with ripe red fruit and spice on nose. Flaovr of strawberry, raspberry, dried herbs on palate. With more time in glass the finish started getting shorter and more heat became apparent.
