Nose: An interesting nose of pesticide, caramel, wood and camphor. Nothing wrong with the wine but it has developed into a riesling I've never experienced before
Taste: The woody note comes in with a strepsils type of fruit/sweetness. Complex and I was glad to have tried such a wine but not something I would purchase for personal consumption

Very good wine. Petrol, lemon, and minerality on the nose. The palate is elegant and maintains a healthy amount of acid that keeps the sugar refreshing. Finish is long and lovely. Probably plateaued at this point.

Dönnhoff Tasting with Helmut Dönnhoff (Taberna Wine Bar, Singapore): Almost totally dry. Copperish color. Completely secondary now. Exotic taste of citrus peel and dried apricots. Not really to my taste but definitely an experience to taste it.

Tasting of Weingut Hermann Donhoff Wines (Taberna): Still looks surprisingly youthful with only a hint of the orangey hue

Beautiful wine. Well and balance with lots of saffron. Drink over the next 5 years
