  • Fabulous showing of a 33 years old Cabernet Sauvignon, elegant and very very sexy!
Deep black/purple color, nose of concentrated red fruits, smoky notes and beautifully integrated tannins.
Very complex and multi leveled it has an amazingly long finish.
Sadly the last bottle in the cellar!

  • Garnet color. Nose is fully developed and slightly tired. Initially I was slightly dissapointed but it turned out to be a
very enjoyable, complex and food friendly wine that grew on me as time passed. It got even more appealing than the
two nebbiolos with which we drank it together (Sperrs '93 and Barbaresco '03).
Aromatically it has Cabernet typicity with cedar and leafy nuances together with licorice and black olive but not close to Bordeaux in style.
Flavorful palate with softened texture and good finish. Very enjoyable but drink up any remaining bottles as it will only decline from here.

  • Sale e Pepe restaurant. Excellent, fully mature cabernet. Garnet color. Liquorice, black olive, cedar, ripe cherry and cumin on the nose. Silky-textured, perfectly round and smooth. Long aftertaste. Absolutely healthy and enjoyable.
