Absolutely wonderful wine. Paired it with a large cheese platter for desert including San Joaquin Gold Cheddar (favorite). Sweet like candy with hints of honey and citrus.

Cru dinner with Honig Wines (James Beard House): A very interesting wine. I'm told it's fully botryticized (is that a word?). This was outstanding with the chilled peach soup, less good with the chocolate and pistachio. Notes of pear and lemon, good acids, a touch tart, with a very nice sweetness overlaying everything. Very intriguing wine - not great but quite enjoyable.

Brilliant wine right now. Amazing balance of intense fruit and acid. Mesmerizing aromatics and incredibly long finish. BRAVO!

Amazing honey, citrus, peach and apricot flavors. Honig does these late harvest SBs so well!

At 44 brix this is a sugar bomb. Wonderful rich flavors and rich, hedonistic mouthfeel.

Well made dessert wine that is sweet but not cloying. Kiwi, tangerine and soft asian pear with a touch of honeyed apricot. Sweet, lucious finish.
