Drank in 2012--still great. Lighter on the fruits than the 2006 forward but still very fruit forward with taste of cherry and blackberry. Sugars are a little high but I don't mind that.

Nice body and fruit but a lot of oak on it that did not really integrate. Tannins with a short finish. Also, lighter in body than you'd expect for a predominantly cab blend.

same as before as far as characteristics of the win. This second bottle was better rounded. Not a hearty wine but perfect with rich food or stand alone

This wine has really benefited from "a little more time in the cellar". All notes said to drink this wine by 2006/07, but I think it is just hit its peak. Now I am sad that was my last bottle!

This wine offered cherry/strawberry on the nose with cherry pomegranate palate with still a good amount of tannin. lingering vanilla finish. Very medium to light bodied. Interesting and complex over the period of an hour offered many different layers.

A: Dark ruby and crazy legs N: Cassis (jammy), blueberry madness, cedar and burns your nasal hairs out P: BLUEBERRY, tamarind, mid acidity, soft tannins, cassis. Lots of primaries here. Alcohol is high as legs would indicate (14.35%)
Buy Again: Enjoyed it but price needs to fall ($35 per half bottle). will buy again.
C: reminds me of heritage clone 'Petite Sirah' Rosenblum but much better structure and therefore quality.

Same notes as before but the acidity and tannins in this wine were quite evident. For this reason I chose this wine to match up with dinner. This needs at least another year in the bottle. If not a two hour decant would probably help open it up. Very nice wine.
[$53; Decanted 20 minutes; Served with homemade fettucini with tomato cream sauce]

Tasted at a Reynolds Family Winery Tasting on 8/9/04. This wine is a blend of 6 different Cabernet Sauvignon clones, 2 Cabernet Franc clones, 3 Merlot clones, 2 syrah clones and 1 petit verdot clone. Whew.. It is hard to characterize with the blend but it is a massive wine that mostly tastes like merlot and syrah with the others evident in the finish. Similar in taste to Kongsgaard's Arietta wines. About $45.

Okay. Had it at Tapino in Scottsdale. Fine, but not a repeater.

Too light in weight for what you'd expect in a blend of this kind. Subdued nose, nice balance.

Very tasty wine. The blend doesn't give it much typicity but on the other hand it has a nice flavor profile.
