Last bottle...still that green nuance to a nice light yellow gold. The nose was still dominated by a touch of citrus and lingering melon. There was an easy entry and the grip seemed to be diminishing, pleasant, but not as strong as I remember. Went well with an assorted cheese plate. Drink up.

Full bodied with ripe melons, some pear, and a long crisp clean finish. This chardonnay is not overpowered by oak. Instead, it is wonderfully balanced. As a result, it can be enjoyed with food as well as sipping on its own. This is still drinking well but I would encourage anyone with this wine in their cellar to drink in the next few months.

Still holding up, light clear color with a crisp nose of citrus, melon, and this time a little honeysuckle. Clean and vibrant taste with an easy grip that finished with a small bite.

Very light color with just a hint of green...pleasant crisp nose with a little melon and a citrus twang. This is a wine driven by the fruit, whose sweetness is in background as the acidity has the upper hand. That said, it has a smooth, rounded, and even balance which makes it IMO great for food. Not your oaky chardonnay...

Siduri/Novy "Let's Play Hooky" Tasting (Santa Rosa, CA): Fruit from Rosella's vineyard, famous for Pinots. Not the typical oak and butter bomb expected for a California Chardonnay. Full bodied with a crisp finish. Quite enjoyable and is the first Chardonnay I have bought in a long while.

Great character and balance. Nice melon notes and still very crisp. Sorry to see this 'house white' almost gone.
