Exoerience started with my forgetting to treat this white like a big red and let it breath. So after an unpleasant first taste (where I was trying to determine if the wine was corked), I let it sit for a day (a must for this wine).
The wine was the complex and interesting one that I remember it to be, but I didn't love it.
The semillon comes out strong in the nose and finish, which seemed to define the taste a lot. It was complex and interesting, but not the gem i remembered or was hoping for.

Another fabulous vintage of this great white, in my mind one of Niagara's 'Top 5' best white wines - Deep gold, full bodied with a nose of apricot, honey, pear, peach apple and caramel, very complex, well structured, intense, sweet on the palate and long on the finish, excellent! (91 Points).

A bit of an odd nose, but it came around. Better on the palate with citrus tinged melon and pear notes. I was impressed that this hung on so well. It definetly opened up with time and became much more balanced. Very good.

One word: YUMMY! It has a great mouth feel and is very well balanced. Nice golden colour. Perfumed nose. The chardonnay is predominant, but the semillon truly influences the mouth feel, and the riesling gives it good balance.

Had this wine with pan seared scallops in a citrus sauce. The bottle of wine was spectacular with loads of citrus, melon, honey and a long long finish. A Canadian version of Conundrum. Really looking forward to the other bottles in our cellar.

Beautifully balanced wine. The chardonnay, and semillon and reisling all play their part. Lots of citrus, pineapple, honey create a long clean finish.
