Beautiful golden color. Subtle nose of crushed rock, green pear and petrol. Peach pit and vanilla with a lot of minerality on the palette. Long floral finish with hints of star fruit. Very good aged white wine.

Nose was still beautiful, but the palate was a bit wrung out, fruit fading. Opened a bit as it warmed in the glass, with honey and marked floral notes as well as delicate white pit fruit, but clearly declining.

excellent!!! I thought one shouldn't dring these after 2-3 years of purchase, but this is actually better than before! oily with low acidity. not as fruity, but deeper, more profound taste.buttery. i really like this.

You'd think this would be well past. You'd be wrong: floral nose, peaches and flowers on the palate, refreshing, somehow zippy without much acidity to speak of, lovely delicate Viognier.

Well, I waited a bit too long for drinking this little beauty. It still had a lovely fragrance, but its delicate balance had begun to turn flabby. Still a good wine.

Had this with lunch at Cowboy Ciao in Scottsdale, AZ this afternoon. Still quite a bit of spunk left in this one. Initial nose was overpoweringly fragrant. After it breathed for a moment we could sample it. First taste was a lucious creamy mouthfeel with note of flowers. Really quite lovely.

Seattle Tasting Group does Northern Rhône (Bellevue, WA, USA): A gorgeous nose of Viognier, apricot, floral, very nice! Thick mouthfeel with an exotic palate. To me this clearly stood out as a close sibling to the La Doriane, although that wine clearly sees more wood. On sheer value, this was the wine I was most excited about, as I think it is perhaps simpler, but also fresher and cleaner. I liked this and came in just below the group average of 89.875.

Saddle River Inn. A soft initial taste, followed by a nice attack on the finish. LAK compares to Torres Milmanda. Excellent with lump crab salad, foie gras.

13,5% alcohol. Tasted half blind.
Luminous, concentrated neon yellow-green color. Horribly mouldy nose and abhorrent, damp cardboard taste of TCA. Badly corked.

Pleasant....but would have been more pleasant 10 years ago.

This has been a nice wine for several years, my last bottle. Age gave interesting changes.

Fruity and Nutty nose. Lots of glycerin. Like most viogner, it always seems a tad hot.

Rather non-destinctive, perhaps a bit past its prime. Drinking like a flabby, cheap white wine with notes of tropical fruit.

Hit its prime, lovely. Exotic fruits in balance and alive, very nice finish...served with roasted chicken stuffed with rosemary and lemon; perfect

Hanging in there..exotic fruit for sure. Last tasted 12 months ago and the midpalate was acidic and flat, has come on quite nicely, full lovely finish
