Brought from cellar to Thai byob rest. Went well with a variety of dishes. Very pale in color, if any, and not any nose to speak of. However, nice balanced palate of stones, peach and apple. Started out off dry, but over time sweetness emerged. Liked it better when off-dry, but still tasty. A 10 year old Kabinett that has aged well.
