Clean minerality, toned body without much flab or being too skinny. Beautifully balance white burg from a riper vintage. Due to the vintage (im assuming), this mineral driven white burg shows a hint of richness. Either way, its a superb piece of work. Should last many more years to come, but drinks wonderfully now.

Aromas of citrus, green apple, toasted nuts, butter and lots of minerals. Quite tasty, good acidity and a hint of oak. Long finish. Served with halibut, mashed potatoes, mushroom, garlic and redwine sauce. Very good match.

Text book white burgundy. Toasted nut, beautifully integrated oak, lime, peach, a hint of pop corn and a kiss of grass on the nose. Soothing mid palate, good acidity, nice fruit intensity, spicy and mineral. Very fine and peaking.

Toasted nuts on the nose with a nice kiss of oak. Soothing mid-palate, with a mineral finish and more of that kiss of vanilla. A winner compared to Cali chardonnay in my book.

Mersault like nose of grilled nuts and vanilla is coming through now, with still zesty flavors and a touch of hollowness at the end of the midpalate that keeps this from a higher score just now. But definitely on the right track. Hold another year.

drink or hold Nose: Classic, bright, fresh and balanced. Austere and varietally/village spot on. Mouth: Quite tasty with excellent secondary bottle-aged characteristics emerging in the mouth. Not huge, appropriate stuffing for a PC White Burg. No premature oxidation.

Bit of funk on opening, then clean, almost Chassagne like flavors with zesty citrus and minerals. Not the buttery fruit bombs of some other producers, this was still delicious, and could use some more time.

Nice notes, with vanilla and oak on the nose. Clean, with notes of pear with a mid-palate dry note.

Nez fermé. Bien fait mais assez subtil. On se serait attendu à plus de corps. Passé son "peak"?

Toasty nut, marshmallow, great nose. Little weight on the palate but a lingering finish. Great for the price and mature.
