Medium Salmon color. Very tight nose, lots of minerality. Maybe just a hint of cranberry. Mouthfeel light. Not much on the flavor profile. Again very minerally. Not much fruit coming through. I'd have to say it's a big disappointment. Not even worth cooking with. I was really hoping it would be something interesting.

Initial nose reminded me a bit of a reisling. Unpleasant flavor, faint apple traces. Not good.
