My last bottle of this and wish there were more. Has gained weight and balance since last taste. Gooseberry, minerals, acidity, with some heft on the palate. Evidently the Ricard Touraine S.B.s improve with time and deserve 2 years in the cellar, maybe more for the Trois Chenes and Pierre a Feu.
