Way overpriced. The alcohol was terribly overpowering. Very little on the palate otherwise. Though after being decanted for 6 hours it finally mellowed out enough to drink. Must say, this is a $12 bottle of wine...

Is this different than thier Howell Mountain zinfandel? Apperently this is the only Zin? Smells of black pepper cedar. Fairly tart and hard finish. Not bad though, nicely restrained, in style. Wildly, CRAZY WILDLY, WAY OVER PRICED at $50!!!!! My god I can't believe they can get away with this!
