Rather ripe tasting with more residual sugar than expected. Refreshing with notes of sweet strawberry.

Very nice Rose, just what I look for in a rose in fact, and that is why French Grenache Roses, in my opinion, really are the best. Nose, with some time and aeration, actually is quite complex for a rose, with strawberry and rosewater and later a hint of herb. Palate is more of the same along with some minerality.Served with Tuna and a peach-pepper relish and grilled summer squash and it was an excellent pairing.
Red berry fruits, vanilla and stone. Dry and refreshingly crisp makes it a good simple, but elegant summer sipper.
Gulpable, refreshing, fruit light mineral taste. Would be a nice sushi wine. One of the nicest but simple roses.
