Last bottle and a joy to drink. Creamy citrus fruit on nose and palate. Quite plump. Lovely creamy texture with a refreshing and uplifting acidity. Beautiful.

Did not like this at all. Just smelled and tasted like apple juice. Tart, acidic, with no other substance or body to it. Nothing remotely like the previous bottles in this case. So hopefully just a case of a bad bottle, and not a sign of things to come with my remaining two bottles.

Lost the freshness it had when I tasted it 18 Months ago. This bottle a little flabby (and didn't show well against Wine Society basic white Burgundy 2012 drunk before it). Perhaps an off bottle.

Beginning to gain some color. Nose of green apples, chalk, lemon, and some papaya maybe. A little funkiness and whiff of toast too. Smooth mouthfeel. Very taut and austere, especially on the finish. Nice depth of honeyed fruit thru the mid palate. Good length.

Excellent Chablis with a "cool" personality. Very clear, linear, very '07 with its absence of fat, ice cool clear fruit, with notes of wool and a touch of seashells. Drank this in the new old apartment before embarking for pizza on the Bowery. Lovely, pure, clear Chablis. Can definitely cellar further.

Nice showing. Clear palate, with notes of wool, minerals and vibrant acidity. Did not detect any overt oak. Very 2007 in its precision, no fat. Drinking very well.

Enjoyed over 3 days and it it shows best, by far, on the 3rd day. Great clarity, a persistent chalky, salty mark and very precise with good cut. Excellent Chablis. Will benefit from further cellaring.

Still tasting lively and fresh. Citrus, butter, a little toasty. Laden with minerality. Drinks very nicely. Smooth, rich, creamy, and with a nicely balanced acidity. Got a feeling this is just about on its plateau.

Drinking beautifully now. Nose is a blend of cream, minerals, a little toasty oak, lemon zest, honeysuckle...so much going on. Palate is nicely acidic, racy, with rich bright citrus and stone fruit. Finish is broad and very long, with delicious creamy lemon flavors. Drank very well over 2 days.

While this came from my cellar and I was excited to try it, it was opened late and along with many other wines, and I was not able to get more than a fleeting, hazy impression. This showed plenty of cool, clear fruit, with nice acidity and minerality, and also some rather overt oak. My impression is that this is not yet ready and needs some more time to integrate. But, I need to open another bottle for a better opinion.

Clear, lemon color, a nose of medium intensity with notes of lemon, granny smith apple, white flowers and slate/wet stone. Medium-plus acidity, pleasantly full in the mouth for such a relatively young chablis. Aromas are repeated on the palate, the length is good and while there's a very real sense of structure here, its not awkward or angular. Terrific.

Last bottle must have been faulty. This one was more like the others. Strong pineapple aroma to the fore. Fruit smells fresh. A whiff of honeysuckle and cream but not much sign of the nuttiness evident in previous bottles. Very enjoyable on the palate, creamy smooth texture. Lively fresh acidity and minerality. Perhaps not as rich or long as other bottles were.

Significant bottle variation or faulty? Roasted nut aromas. Some orange peel. Very austere and tart palate. More roasted nuts. Drinkable, but nothing like the previous bottles. Oxidised maybe?

Plenty of steely minerality, some leesy qualities. Smidgen of honey and a nutty palate. Still seems to going through a very austere period, having lost a lot of its puppy fat.

Blast! Over chilled it! Thus lost much of the wine's expressive qualities. Still, managed to pick up the exceptional steeliness on the palate and the lightly honeyed and white flower nose. Bags of acidity here, with sufficient depth to the mid palate giving rise to a fairly long finish. Perhaps not as good an experience as my first bottle, but probably self inflicted.

Glorious. This is the perfect expression of 1er cru Chablis. Complex aromas - floral/honeysuckle, sweet shop, marzipan/nuts, slate/chalk. Very poised palate, steely minerality yet also sublimely smooth and with a deep central core of ripe fruit. Plenty of fresh acidity and with a long finish, in my view this is exceptional wine.
