Opened not decanted and served chilled. Ripe and under ripe green fruit (lime and green papaya?) with an overall sweetness ending with a green sour finish. Fair to Good.

Opened not decanted and served chilled. Somewhat heavy mouthfeel with lots of green notes (melon, apple, green citrus) and medium acidity. Somewhat sweet on the finish with a touch of heat. Good.

Light, but not too light on the palate, fruity nose, particularly great with homemade chicken & riccota ravioli with lemon, olive oil and basil. Almost the viscosity of a California Chardonnay but in itself a very nice Sauvignon Blanc without any wood.

Served chilled. Similar notes as before but with more green apple and lime notes; ends with a tart and refreshing acidity. Good.
