This made an impression, showing excellent concentration, layered taste profile, and substantive earthiness. Acid still going strong. It should probably be enjoyed over the next year or two.

Boerne Wine Club - Pinot Noir (Maggiano's a The Rim, San Antonio TX): Upon opening the I thought this was quite acidic and was actually flawed with volatile acidity. But 30-40min after opening that initial tartness resolved an and this turned into a nice Oregon pinot. Pleasant floral nose with a slightly thin but ripe palate and a short to medium finish of mostly mineral. A crisp Oregon pinot in a tough year, seems to be a little diluted, but would probably be a solid food wine. No votes from the group.

Reminds me of low to moderately priced Burgundy. Light with some spice and classic grapey PN taste. Simple, juicy, and nice.

Once again the community drink window is wrong. Wonderful wine that is full bodied and at a perfect age with a few years still left in it.

Somewhat darker than average color. good balance and flavor. Somewhat unripe fruit because of the vintage but overall good wine.

Easy to drink, very grape juice-esque.

Very thin without much complexity. Almost water like. It was good though, I just wouldn't pay $30 a bottle again.

Seamed a bit tight to me. Probably should have decanted it.
