Had over two days. Mid-yellow. Tinned peach, a little bit of ginger and mandarin peel, earthy as distinct from minerally. My nose initially detected what I thought was a smattering of botrytis, but this wasn't subsequently confirmed. In the mouth, the wine showed that it was still in its fairly straightforward primary phase, with the Treppchen yellow peach taking some time to reveal the level of its generosity and density. Lively finish. The palpable spritzig on both days tells me that this is early days for this very good plus wine.

Indestructible. Left it out for over a week and drank as as well as a week ago. Lively petrol and mineral. Tropical fruit with sweetness supported by fine acidity.

Ever having to restrain my ratings of sweet wines and not get carried away. For my 500th rating, this sumptuous 11yo spaty (just made that up).
N: Candied orange jumps from the glass, tangy orange peel, wonderful vibrancy and subtle petrol undercurrent.
P: Ah, harmony. M acidity holding up strong against the off-dry palate. Tangy chunky marmalade, great depth, cooked peach and oily petrol, wet slate undertones.
F: Clean, orange rind. Classic.

A medium golden Yellow, very good balance between sweetness and acidity. Still remarkably good after 9 years, I have a feeling it would go on for two more years at least. proper German wine you could say of the old style which for me is a good thing. They need a new classification old style and new style easy. The wine went well with roast chicken, roast potato and cauliflower cheese.

Consistent notes with fabulous minerality informed by well judged sweetness. Remarkably generous flavor even after leaving it in half empty bottle for a week without any argon preservation.

PnP. Pretty golden yellow, some visible fizz (flaw?) Flint on the nose with apples. Very pleasant, off dry, apples and peaches dominate the palate, a wisp of botrytis. Not at all cloying or flabby. Steely acidity completes the finish. Delicious with pork roast, or on its own for that matter.

Hard nose to pinpoint. Slight petrol aromas and an almost stale smell, with hints of stone fruits. Palate is off-dry, with nice acidity. Nice kiwi and mild apples on the mid-palate. Finish starts strong with a possible citrus taste but tails off quickly. Very tasty wine.

Just fabulous. Peach and white fruit. Just right with the sweetness level. All underscored by petrol and minerality to provide the complete package. Unbeatable QPR. Even better than other vintages of this same producer I had before albeit not the same vineyard.

Really enjoyable. Nicely balanced, ripe and sweet. Would have liked a touch more acidity, normal Riesling flavours.

Amazing QPR!! Aged riesling. Off dry (quite a bit of residual sugar as you would expect). Good acid, beautiful colour. Drinking beautifully.

Gassy, mineral, apple, peach nose with honey notes. Medium-sweet with honey and hazelnut flavours. Earthy, mineral finish.
