- Garnet color with medium forming legs - Light prune with a hint of tire rubber on the nose. Nice fruit palette, but quickly dissipates with a short finish. Great QPR and worth cellaring the 2 years.

Dull purple. Mostly transparent. Dimatapp elixer, candied grapes, oak, and some alcohol on the nose. A lot of the same on the front end, middle palate was alcohol and wood more than fruit. Back end was slightly herb-like. Very little enjoyment from this bottle, and gets more flabby on night two. Passable table wine at it's best. Guess I have been spoiled by much better wines.....life's too short....

Lighter garnet color. Nose: wild blackberry, rhubarb, chocolate, vanilla, and some bell pepper. Medium body on the palate: consistent wild blackberry with cocoa powder, dusty earth, and walnut. Moderate/lighter tannins. Moderate/shorter length. Simple, with a nice earthy structure.

Wow for $7 at Costco this was actually really good. I held the bottle at room temperature for 18 months and that's probably the thing to do.

Smokey prunes gave way to oakey burnt duck. Decent QPR but not much without barbecue.

Nice and a good value, but probably needs more time in the cellar.
