really enjoyable for the price, but just nice in any case. Pear, gooseberry, and citrus -- seems to work well with a wide range of lighter foods and cuisines. Will definitely get more-

Flavors of pear with slight sweetness from the 1%+ residual sugar. Paired well with smoked salmon and cream cheese. Nice affordable sipper for light foods and warm weather.

Nose of grapefruit with some vanilla. Mouth is fairly crisp with dominant flavors of barely ripe green apple and some citrus. A pleasant wine especially at the price.

A nice summer sipper. Needed a white for cooking and this fit the bill. Sweet grapefruit, pear, vanilla-y creme brulee on the nose. Lime, creamy vanilla, green apple, and some tropical fruit on the palate. Missing the acidity and rocks of a Liore Vouvray and a little too sweet for me. But, not too shabby for 8 bucks.

Anne commented on the "rieslingrules.com" website listed on the back label - and at least initially, I could have sworn this was a Columbia Valley Riesling, with that very typical "metallic" edge. With some time, however, this opened to show crisp green apple and white flower notes more typical of the varietal. High acid, and a touch (1%) of residual sugar gave this nice balance and a super-appealing mouthfeel. An excellent effort, especially considering the price.

Lots of floral notes -- more like a viognier than chenin blanc -- but a nice inexpensive sipper.

Nice little light cheap white wine. Nothing too impressive, nothing bad. Neutral.

An enjoyable white particularly on the patio over the summer. Crisp green apple and subtle minerality notes.
