Shy nose of pear and quince. Lots of sticky sweet, but lacks good acidity to balance. Some marjoram notes in the middle, more light Meyer lemon. Short finish, dominated by residual sugar. A fairly flat and dull wine on the whole. Decent enough to drink with a lamb and spinach curry and not flawed or bad, but without much interest overall.
