Fantastic bottle. I’ve been coravining this for a couple months. The first few pours had strong acid structure. After some progression with the coravin this really came into its prime today, with a bright floral and blue fruited cab profle. No contemporaneous notes but this was fantastic, a huge improvement (+3) from the initial coravin pours suggesting time and air will improve this further.

Drank next to '09 Kerloo Syrah. Needed some time to open up and was much better in day 2. Remember it being not an overly oaky or heavy cab. Definitely on the medium side.

Needed a good decant, but then opened up nicely. A bit of reduction blew off and funk became fruit and secondary flavors. Touch of baking spice and nice subtle oak. Red fruit and plums on teh body. The wine smoothed out and the full body rolled into a long finish that while interesting was much more restrained than the mide palate. PDQ93

No formal notes taken. This wine was superbly balanced (acid:fruit:minerality:weight:finish), and still has a great deal of life left to it. Drink next with ample aeration through 2020+.

Opened and let sit for almost 2 hours. Perfectly ripe blue fruits, blueberries and plums, on the nose. Very focused with gentle creamy, vanilla aroma. Great nose. Dark cherries and currants on the palate. As others have said, very smooth. Great, pure fruit but not over-ripe or excessive. Relatively light, finer grain tannins carry through the finish along with decent, food-friendly acid. Not typically a huge fan of Cabs, but this is right in my wheelhouse. One of the best Cabs I've had. Looking forward to more from this producer.

Good. Subtle and mellow. Deep red with a refined fruity nose and some floral lift. Mid weight with good acidity and medium finish. 13.9%. I like the style, but the wine as a whole is merely good.

Solid cab. Smooth and creamy from beginning to end. Not as good as the 07, but its very close. Highly recommend this cab. Washington cabs keep getting it done.

Glorious nose of blackcurrants and damson plums; rich, juicy dark fruit flavors (currants and plums again) and some coffee notes, holding beautifully through the midpalate, balanced by perfect tannins; long finish, with black cherries and spicy notes. Truly delicious.

Portteus, Phinney Hill, and Pepper Bridge Vineyards. Intense cassis, dried cherry, pencil shavings and rhubarb aromas fill the nose. The distinguished black fruits meet wet stones and terra firma on the sleek and boundless palate. This wine is masculine, yet refined and a perfect balance of acidity, profoundness and structure. Best Cab of the weekend and best cab of the year!
Kicking and screaming, Gramercy (Greg Harrington) came out of the gates as my favorite new winery in 2009. Every wine in their portfolio is nothing short of outstanding. Full of elegance, balance and structure. Not a mediocre wine among the bunch. Drink 2013+

Very good nose, ready to drink, mid to light in the mouth...not tannic and not acidic. Great balance. Nose stands out.
