  • Just after opening this wine smells like when you walk in a field of herbs on a hot summer day in the dry season when there is a soft breeze. Same impressions in the taste. Some red fruits as well, pleasant acidity and ok tannin. The second day all the garrigue impressions are gone. There is some butter instead. The wine is still very much alive, but there is less complexity. Nevertheless a wine with a great qpr. Drink it now or within the next 2 years to have maximum pleasure, but it will definitely last longer.
