Have had this for five years at least. Should have been drunk five years ago. No taste whatsoever. Can’t rate it, can’t say if I like it or not. It was just there. Tried it over two days but nothing. Down the drains.

For the price, I like Jura sparklers. Had this one from my cellar twice before and liked them better. This time, a nice bready nose with a good mousse and bead. However, a sour element crept in over time spoiling my enjoyment. Some CT tasters complain of saltiness, but to me, sour, but neither salty nor acidic, if that makes any sense.

A nice sparkler from the Jura which I have come to like, and the price is right. Pale yellow and nice mousse and bead. Brioche, chalk, pear and apple which was well balanced with nice acidity and neither sweet nor dry.

Semillon and Extras (Sydney, Australia): Light hazelnut and some floral notes on the nose. Palate is nutty and has light citrus fruit. Pleasant enough and the flavour actually lingers longer than expected.

Pulled this from my wine fridge by mistake going for a Loire sparkler. Nice mistake, since this was my first Jura sparkler and it was very enjoyable. Nice mousse and bead. Very pale straw in color. Very nice balanced palate of yeast, pear and apple. Not sweet, not dry, but just right. Did not notice the saltiness that some others have observed. I would gladly purchase this again.

Didn't enjoy as much as my first bottle. It was more lively and briny back in March. That element is still there but is complemented by some textbook Jura notes - and yeasty. It's priced well at $22.

Maybe some bottle to bottle variance, but contrary to the previous reviewers, I did like this wine. Got nice apple and pear aromas, slightly nutty/bready. I can think of sparklers from champagne I like much better, but they cost twice as much.

saline and mineral on palate, with slight toast and nuttiness. not sure if this is what i look for in a bubbly but this is savory and interesting at least. 89-90

nice texture - probably bottled at 4 or 5 bars. a funky note runs through the wine, pleasant, but not as fresh as Bornard's still wines. in fact, there is a band-aid smell here that is rather off-putting. as much as I'd like to, i just don;t like this wine.

No in-depth notes. Clean, crisp and refreshing. Walnuts and bread.

Fresh apples and pears. Wet stone, graphite. A lot of mineral on this.

big floral nose, hazelnut, dry stone fruit in glass. Surprising length, dry.

From memory. Very nice, Champagne-style BdB, Very fresh and refined, just quite light and a little short all around.

Got a bit of the brininess that others mention, but was more impressed by the delicacy of taste and bead for this price point. Refreshing, light.

Disappointing. No nose, coarse bubbles, and flat, unappealing taste. Maybe this was an off bottle?

Enjoyed the salty briny-ness on the palate. Might be too much for some. Unique and a great example of deliciousness and terroir.
