Very nice Zin. A little hot on pnp, but the alcohol took a backburner after a few minutes in the glass. Nice dark, jammy fruits. Spice, pepper and a little oak to help balance out the jamminess. This was very pleasant wine. Paired well with chicken and steak fajitas and as a sipper afterwards.

Big jammy New World style Zin with lots of fruit, oak, spice and tannin. PnP, opened up nicely within a half hour in the glass but tannins remained grippy throughout.

Great nose of berry and fruit. Jammy with flavor right off the bat and follows with smooth tannins and a little heat on the finish. Awesome wine for the $.

For the price I paid for this---WOW! Very nice Zin. Everyone on first sip loved this wine. Bottle emptied rapidly....good thing I have 5 more. Well balanced, has enough complexity to let a sip linger a bit before consuming. Highly recommend (at a price below $20).

I'll have to remember, next time out, that Lang makes very tasty Zinfandels. This is the second one I've tried, and it's very good. I normally prefer the darker grapes (such as Merlot or Syrah), but this certainly holds its own.

Nice fruit nose in the glass. Some depth with chocolate and tobacco. Finishes with good tight tannins. Very good value.
