Drank on New Year's Eve. Pair with spicy sushi. Was a great match. The sweetness of the wine was perfect to off-set the spicy tuna rolls and other spicy items we ordered. So happy we bought a second bottle at the vineyard.

We enjoyed very much. Had with fish for dinner but was to sweet. Great for after dinner or with a dessert but not with a regular meal. Fruit flavored and tastes like Creme brulee.

Strawberries and cream in the nose- strawberries and cassis on the palate, with a grapefruit-citrus finish. Excellent and creamy- a great find!

Heritage: Kiwi, apricot, peach nose, some woody fruity nose, less bubbles (1/2 bars) 4% res. sugar. “soft & creamy”, a little acid to lift it up too.
