  • Beautiful red Rhone! This was drinking at the top of its game. Silky soft mouthfeel, still fruit-forward, medium+ acidity and medium- tannin. Fresh blackberry on the approach with a dark chocolate mid-palate and a little white pepper on the finish. This paired really well with a smoked turkey for thanksgiving and had enough acidity to cut through the gravy and cheesy green bean casserole. Yum!

  • Blueberry, blackberry flavors, meat and espresso aromas and a long finish. Very balanced and food-friendly wine with plenty of complexity for sipping on its own. Likely has many more years left in it, but is drinking well at the 5 year mark.

  • A really great French Syrah. What more can you ask for but a big Juicy and fun loving but yet down to earth wine. The dusty cherries the faint tobacco scent! This wine still is just a baby! Lushes with just a hint of sour cherry and a mouth feel that will having you wanting a little more. This wine has a hidden effervescent personality... Ahh Rhone in 2007 a great year!
