Pale yellow, slight C02 spirtz. Honey, Honeydew, tangerine, musky Riesling/SB character, almost like a blend of the two. Slate, orange, hay, apricot, grass. On the palate, rich, glycerol, orange rind, medium-bodied, zippy, bracing acidity, seems a tad hot (better chilled?). Long finish. Wow, and for the price, excellent. Amazing with grilled gamberi.

Very high QPR. Some residual sugar, but other wise a good example of what well tended Soave can be.

Aromas of mineral, honey, apple. Full-bodied white with lively fruit and a very long finish.

Each of the bottles was good, proving that you can’t select by yourself.

Complex, spiced peach, apple, beeswax and nutmeg nose. Medium bodied, dry and well-balanced; structured, earthy finish.
4/5

Light, dry with a citrus taste. Went well as the opening round at Tre Scalini. (88)
