Beautiful dark color. Nose: Bright fresh red fruit,alcohol, apple and earth. Palate: Red fruit, ripe cherry, integrated spice and minimal tannins.Medium body. Finish: Medium with balanced acidity and more delicious fruit. A great deal from Lot18 and a re-buy.

Good, not great. We were expecting more body as we had drank the 2007 a few days before and it was excellent. We still have the '05 - hoping it's a winner. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the Topel tasting room in Healdsburg when we were wine tripping. This wine tasted better when we had it there. The '07 however was 95 points - wish we saved it a bit

Good fruit with some drying graphite up front, chocolate tones came forward after decanting. Very nice flavor profile but not a huge wine.
