Tasting Note: A light straw color in the glass, with an expressive bouquet of green apple, pear and a hint of citrus. a light to medium body with very refreshing acidity. A slight bit tangier or citrusy than I remember the last one being. Great grapefruit flavor as it goes down.
NOSE: light white grapefruit and lychee, wildflowers and clover honey. A bit tight. TASTE: light, dry, strong acidity. White grapefruit, canned pineapple, lemonade and lemon rind, honey notes. It's like a lemon-honey Halls drop. Quite sour. Slightly floral. Acidity a bit too much for me. Still, non-offensive. Very simple. Chill WELL.
nose: tight nose, wild flower, apricot, pancake batter, honey. Boring nose. Taste: light, fruity, high acidity, pink grapefruit, sour pineapple, lemonade, and subtle honey undertone. Clean taste, dry, and a little bit of orange and floral too. Very fruity juice like (will be very attractive to non-wine drinker; not offensive). Versatile. Simple but well structured.
A slight orange hue in the glass. Mild nose, with a little citrus showing. In the mouth, light and zesty, with good varietal typicity from Marlbourough. There's surely worse out there, and for the price, it's good.
