No formal notes taken but I loved the interplay between minerality, freshness (8.5% alcohol) and light honeysuckle sweetness. This was eminently quaffable. Its in a perfect place right now and I am not sure how this style will age further which the consensus seems to agree it can. Perhaps a geeks wine, but then again....

Still bright lemon-y color with no oxidation. nose is fresh with apricot, orange, kumquat, persimmon and a wisp of petrol in the background. Soft, slightly off-dry and mouth-coating on the palate with considerable length. A beauty with years more to come.

wonderful development with floral and petrol notes on the nose and great tension between sugar and acid on the palate. still lots of time yet ahead for this wine

When opened, bottle had a funky, rubbery smell to it, but decanted and let breathe and some of that blew off. Flavor not impacted, will be interesting to check out next bottle.

Buttery and almost sweet on the nose; delicious grapefruit acidity and far leaner than the nose would lead one to suspect. Barely turning tertiary petrol. Great wine.

Was actually a bit disappointed in this bottle. A little thin, very tart, citrus, sour green apples maybe. Hardly and RS to my taste at all. IMO a bit too tart. I have had more enjoyable Kabinett's at this price range or cheaper.

Slight petrol (although I would like to have more given other Prum wines I've had). Rather simple palate but very well structured - a very nice effort although simple riesling. Nice acidity and fruit, not overly sweet with residual sugar.

Nice standard Riesling. Citrus, apples and a little petrol on the nose. On the palate, nice minerality with flavors of crisp apples and a little sweetness on the finish.

clean nose of slate and citrus, a touch muted, but elegant. nice body and sweetness for kabinett balanced by zingy citrus and green apple. slightly floral. medium finish. very nice.

Tasting at NK Yong's (Swettenham Road, Singapore): Pretty good for a generic Kabinett, but quite a step down from the single vineyard bottlings. Nice nose was very classic Mosel, with scents of pu-er tea, grapefruit and pure slatey mineral. Lovely classic off-dry Kabinett sweetness on the palate too, with some gooseberry and pomelo riding on plenty of dry extract and mineral. Finish was soft and elegant, sliding away with a smack of fruit. I thought this lacked a bit of cut and focus that I have come to associate with Prum's wines, otherwise, a nice drinking Kabinett.

Light golden color, blast of banana when the bottle was first popped that quickly faded away, extremely floral nose (almost Viognier type aromas) a tiny bit of spritz on the palate immediately after opening. Day two, it has lost the spritz...aromas very slightly more subdued, but still herbs, lime and floral notes are present. Really drinking well on day two with pear, grapefruit, a spine of racy acidity and a wonderful mineral tinged finish.

Nose of lime. Feathery light weight. Good acidity and ripe mango fruitiness on the finish. Good QPR.

paired perfectly with sushi, great minerality, off dry is definitely a term to describe this

Tried this again and I still don't like it. A slightly rotten taste with a faint fizz to it. I think it tastes of wet grass and cheap wine.
This can't be right. But none of these have ever done it for me. I hope the remainder of the case surprises me sometime.

Great Riesling. Lemon and Pineapple with traces of limestone. Powerful and lingering. Wonderful expression of terroir.
