Exactly 60 years after D-Day. Star-bright, positive apprearance; warm and spicy, deep and fragrant, cedar and chestnut; smooth and almost velvety, nice weight and concentration - quite excellent for a lighter year like 1944 - well-structured, a bit rigid; good length. Lovely, old and lively.
