Never thought I would come across let alone taste an impeccable bottle of this wine in my birth vintage! Frankly, I had very little expectations given the age and poor vintage of this wine. The colour was a very deep 18k gold yellow, the nose (the best part) was white truffles (first time experience for me), and in the mouth, reminded me of scrambled eggs with truffle oil! Beautiful. It lasted about 20 minutes in a normal white wine Reidel glass, then flattened. Fantastic, once in a lifetime, opportunity!
