PnP with 10 minutes glass time. Clear, purple/red color. This is slightly less big than most KB's. Good balance, proper flavor profile, but a touch thinner. Good drinking window, no smoke, med finish. Nothing off, $84 w/tax, shipping.
Tremendous wine, and for a new world fruit bomb of a pinot, was amazingly versatile (it seamlessly handled crawfish enchiladas, cajun shrimp/andouille sausage stir-fy, crawfish pasta, and chicken parm). Rich, huge, gobs of fruit, all backed by earthy coffee grinds. Med-full bodied, with a finish that wouldn't quit. Must find more.
