Wow what a great value sparkler when you don’t want to pay for Champagne. Very open and linear nose/palate of apple and citrus with a mineral and yeasty background. Probably my favorite cremant de Bourgogne to date.

Veldig god, myk, rolige bobler. Middels fylde og middels lang ettersmak. Dette er bobler alle liker, med god kvalitet i både presentasjon, smak og lukt. Smaksmessig anonym med innslag av eple/pære og bjørk

Lett, lys gul med grønnskjær på farge. Her bader nesehårene i glassepler fra barndommen. Gul frukt, sitrus og et snev av mineralitet på resten av nesen. På smak gav vinen grønne epler, steinfrukt og limeskall. En meget frisk cremant med en noe lett mousse. Fin ettersmak av grønne epler og mineraltoner.
Enjoyably dry with a lot of grapefruit and acidity. I would agree that it is an Extra Brut. Slight toastyness. I am satisfied, it didn't wow me, and I didn't think it would since it is a $20 cremant.

Very appealing bubbly. Fine creamy mousse, lemon and apple notes. Feels light and airy. Lacks complexity and grippy mouthfeel, but this does what it does amazingly well.

Light lemon color, fine mousse. Slightly sweetened aromas of citrus and green apples. A great crémant, probably the best I have tasted, could well match "the real stuff" at much higher prices.

#L001 Light yellow color. A nose that is as beautiful as it gets at this price point: citrus, almond, biscuit and minerals. Definitely has improved since I bought this 5 months ago. Medium bodied, focused and refreshing. Citrus, apples and toast. Sharp but gentle mousse. A serious bargain.

Excellent value, it is a light and crispy sparkling wine with good citric notes and aromas of biscotti and flowers. A little bit shy on the palate, but otherwise very good.

Another pop for this wine, this time to go with buckweat pancakes, cold smoked salmon and roe of cold smoked salmon. Inviting nose of sharp citrus and brioche. Medium bodied on the palate with good acidity and persistent mousse. Very dry but well balanced. Citrus, brioche and minerality. Mouthwatering. Definitely better than many mediocre NV Champagnes such as Pommery, Gimonnet etc. I think I prefer this to the Charles Mignon 1er Cru Brut NV I had earlier today. Great value at 20 €.

No formal note. Very nice Crémant with good precision and purity. Lovely dry and crisp style with appley fruit, floral notes and pleasent autolysis action - all well balanced. Will buy again.

Acidic, good minerality, light bodied. Pleasantly dry with high drinkability. Just a very solid sparkler that easily outperforms the cheapest Champagne at the same price point (Louis Massing).

Quite a pleasant BdB in the budget class. Loverly citrus nose, some flowers. Well judged palate with freshness, dosage and mid mouthfeel in balance.

Monthly Tasting Group: Cote de Beaune (The Lynn on Bryant, Mpls, MN): Light gold color. Drank 1 glass over 20 minutes. This was pretty nice overall, green apples and some citrus, tart. Didn't really strike me as extra brut.
