Good wine. Notes of cherry/raspberry and oak. Tastes like oak and leather with a little fruit. Great smooth tannins. Decanted for 45 minutes. Could go another year.

Brought to Landmarc NYC, had it with filet mignon. This wine is at its peak, more nuanced than previous bottle, a little more smoky, full body, ripe but not pruny. Very enjoyable.

30-45 min decant. I'm glad I opened this bottle, even though many reviewers have written that this Trinchero has a long life ahead, in my view it is approaching the right level of maturity that brings out the characteristics of an aged wine while retaining a youthful soul. Rich in flavor, dark and full body. A beauty of a cab, it fully coats your mouth with dark fruit and tobacco, and the long finish and flavors just linger. This one can go it alone or can be had with an aged prime steak. I plan to drink my next bottle in the next twelve months, I see no reason to let this one age much further.

Kept open for 4 days, this 10 year old wine is beginning to show how great this high altitude Cabernet Sauvignon will be. Black to the edge with delightful aromas of black cherry and black currant. The sip leaves a velvet red carpet through the mouth. The swallow is expansive and mouth coating. Overall, deliciously fruity, smooth tannin, refreshing acidity, complex, concentrated, and well integrated.

Wow. PnP and opened up fairly quickly, then consumed over 2 hours -- incredibly fruitful, almost like candy, despite orange around the edges. Speaks to letting even a moderately-priced but well-made cab age out ten years.

Oak, mint and vanilla on the nose. Excellent chewy backbone of tannins. Fairly tightly wound medium length tannic finish. Has quite a few years left, perhaps not even at par yet.

Wine tasting. Big nose of black and blue fruits with caramel, spice notes. Sweet black currants, coffe and vanilla notes. Big drying tannins, needs some time.

Wow. This haystack is stacked and packed. Dense blueberry, coffee, and cherry flavors. Has the tannins to go at least 10+ years. Other reviewers hit the nail on this one--great now but likely will be better in 4-6 years. Trinchero hit this one out of the park.

Black purple color as its poured into the glass. Very promising. Aromatics also very promising, dark chocolate, cassis, black fruit. Full bodied, well structured tannins. This is going to be amazing in a couple of years but is pretty amazing now. Outstanding value Napa Cabernet.

Amazing wine...full bodied Napa Cab... Rich blackberry with well structured tannins. Needs to breathe for at least 1.5 hours. Would love to taste this one again in about 3 years.

This was an impressive wine. Full of blackberry with a nice structure of tannins. Good balance. Atlas Peak is becoming a favorite appellation! I was pleased with the $40 spent.

Way too early. Staunch is the correct word to describe the tannin. Complex, fruit driven will be even more pleasurable in a few years

This has many years ahead of it. Has barely moved from 2+ years ago. Decant. Lovely red and black fruit with nice minerality and staunch tannin.

Tannic at the moment, needs long decanting. Has great potential- will save remaining bottles for a couple of years.
