What a pleasant surprise! I pulled the bottle for cooking purposes since it was cheap and I had low expectations for it. Lemon zest, honey, and citrus on the nose. On the palate it was definitely more viscous than what I was expecting...thinking it would be similar to Sauv Blanc. It's closer to Rousanne. I enjoyed this very much, and especially enjoyed it with the pan fried chicken with a white wine sauce. I will definitely buy again if I see it.

very crisp, hint of apples and flowers, touch of cream/oak so a slightly softer more effervescent SB - great summer party wine - will be appreciated by SB and Chardonnay drinkers

subtle floral notes mingle with overtones of green apple, candied lime zest, pink grapefruit, vitamin c, and mineral nuances... SIMPLE, CLEAN, AND REFRESHING with a brisk acidity that drives the long, mouthwatering finish... a touch of RS keeps it from being to tart and acidic... a very versatile wine... PERFECT FOR A WARM DAY, vegetarian food, seafood and shellfish... even worked well with mild Indian food... a great option for those that enjoy Sauv. Blanc... A SUPER VALUE!!!! LOVE IT!!! Often sold for under $10.

I was attracted by the 11% alcohol and good notes. I found the wine disappointing. Would probably have had a better impression with a good food pairing.

With only 10,5 % alcohol this dry white is delicious and clean. A simple wine it delivers very good value for the price which is among the lowest for drinkable dry white.

Nose of freshly squeezed lime juice. On the palate, mostly citrus with a hint of tropical fruit. Great acidity. Somewhat one-dimensional, but this is a very refreshing wine, and a good QPR for $8.

Bright and clean, like biting into a green apple. Very similar to the '08. Sure this is simple, but it's honest and tasty, and for $10 that works for me.

Slight mineral and green leaf note mixed with bright lemon citrus, and high acidity--like a heady sauvignon blanc/white Bordeaux; slight candy aspect in the mouth and a medium light body. This is a great aperitif wine and a great value.

Really simple and straight forward white. Given the price at $8.20 local, I would buy it again for a nice inexpensive patio wine or to take to a summer party.
Good acid on the finish that balances the fruit nicely, definitely fruit forward to the point that it seems sweet (although it isn't) 10.5% alcohol is a major plus for those summer gatherings where light is right.

Meh. Overly acidic. Some fruit - pear, apple. If scoring 83-84.

Crisp and clean citrus flavors with medium body. Finish drops off a little quicker than I would like. Great summer wine to drink outside.

Perfectly fine everyday white to drink, but nothing special. Slightly floral nose, tropical fruit palate.

Good color/clarity. Held up against pepperoni pizza. Plan to use in April tasting with spring veg/pasta salad.

A very easy to drink blend. Tropical fruits and decent acidity. More weight and length to the finish than I expected. ($10)

Taste: fruity, rather full and a bit creamy, but with freshness. Typical for the vintage? Fits well with mussels and other shellfish. 83-84.
