Light but pleasant nose of honeydew melon with floral notes. Flavor brings balanced acidity with some dryness from alcohol on a short finish. Simple pinot gris with average QPR at $11. 87-88

Had this again at the Amuse, paired with mussle's and local sausage and fresh escobar with roasted fennel. Fresh, crips and lively, with hints of citrus and stone.

Discovering Wine: The Acrobat Pinot Gris is a light-bodied, pale straw colored wine. The nose is very closed, yielding up some slight florals over time. Decent acidity and minerality in the mouth, with tastes of citrus, nectarine, white peach and pear. The short finish had white peach and white grapefruit. This style of Pinot Gris has much more appeal than the lemon wedge in ice water Italian style. However, this is not the best example of this type of style. It saw no oak, but was bottled 100% sur lie.

Citrus nose, crisp, fresh and lively on the palate with hints of lemon and lime. Had this with an incrediable late afternoon lunch at Amuse, at the musem of fine arts in Richmond, VA. Lump crab cake, chicken stuffed with wild rice and horseradish slaw. Great combination, great fall view.Highly recomended wine and restauraunt.

This was my first Pinot Gris and it was wonderful. Great acid, taste, and bouquet. Will be buying this (and perhaps similar!) wine soon.

No formal notes, paired great with a chicken corn chowder, Foral and mineral notes, with some acidity and citrus.

My first Pinot Gris from USA, normally drink some from Italy. Very chardonnay like. Much enjoyable.

Middle of the road wine. It lacked flavor and crispness.

Lots if cantaloupe and white pepper notes. Clean, juicy, faintly sweet. Just keep it chilled.
