Pale yellow with just the slightest hint of green. Musty fruit nose. Great balance of flavors, tart but there is also just a touch of sweetness. I taste pear but my wife says more like apple. It seems a bit more acidic than the Italian Pinot Grigio that we have been drinking. It will be interesting to see how that works with food.
A nice simple summer sipper. Lots of citrus, green apple skins, a lil chalk maybe some flowers and a few fresh herbs. Everything but the citrus and apples are very subtle and the wine is a bit thin. Definitely not a life changer but a nice lil wine and not 2 bad for 13bucks.
