Pale lemon, with intense aromas of waxy white flowers and lemon zest. Medium bodied, crisp acidity, medium length, good rich mouthfeel. Much more appealing than the Blanc de Lynch-Bages (at quadruple the price) that followed it. Delicious.

WES - Good Bordeaux is not expensive (Hampstead): Clear and Bright. Quite astringent on the nose. Smokey and green. Touch of peach. Dry, crisp, mellow with a touch of vanilla on the finish. Good acidity.

Nice stuff here - classic Bordeaux white wine notes of minerals, lemons, waxy fruit and good tension - brisk, tense fruit mixes well with deeper notes of minerals, earth to deliver a wine that is good to go now. Complex enough to keep you happy while you wait for the first wine (Carbonnieux blanc) to mature

Past goed bij kazen met witte korst. Viel wel mee maar is tijd op.

gewoon lekker wijntje, mooi versmolten hout, vrij korte afdronk.
P/Q toch teleurstellend

Zoals de commentaren hiervoor: iets te dun in de mond, wat zurig. Verbeterde wel in de loop van de avond. Toch lichtjes teleurstellend.

I agree with THMeyer, lovely aromas of lemon and oak, nice semi golden colour but then the palate is quite tart with a little too much citrus.

Integrated oak aromas, nice complexity on the nose. On the palate a bit disappointing, not enough fruit, a bit tart.

Wine Education Service - Good Bordeaux Is Not Expensive (LSE): Aromatic, pears and peachesand other ripe fruit, very attractive.
Dry and fruity, with good acidity, refreshing and easy to drink.
