Better after couple hours decanted. but I expected more.IThink this is not going any further although tanines were still up and live. For the price range you get better Italians or Chileans merlots.

Excelente vinho!

I bought this wine in loco, at their winery in Bento Gonçalves, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Also drank one bottle there, that looked very good. But when I got home and opened this one... Well, this is a well made wine, rounded, full bodied, concentraded. Wonderful at the nose, with lots of red fruits. At the mouth, however, it has a disgusting bitterness that turned the wine undrinkable. My sink was its destiny.

Sane impression. Well made Wine that is over estimated. Awful bitterness. They tried to make a classy Wine and messed everything up.

Proves Merlot is the brazilian variety. I could see improvements from last year.Smooth on the mouth and longer finish. Will improvenext year or two.
