Very light in color, opened with a light scent of chocolate brownie. Wife and I both thought the texture was a bit watery (even for a pinot) but the flavor was nice.

This wine was very thin and the color was a very light red, which was strange. The body of this wine was such that the wine was watery. The flavor was similarly weak, but what flavor there was was pleasant, as was the nose.

DAY2 soft earthy, and a dark shinny wood grain. cherry fruit. there is a sweet wood element to this. this is too serious to be pinot under $20. 80% pommard, 20% dijon clones. native yeast, all neutral barrel, 10 months.

dark cherry if you're searching for fruit here, but generally the nose shows more earth and mineral nuance. soft earthy note in the nose. the palate offers up a rather nice floral note up front. really fun balance.

Lighter, more like Factories and Smoke in color. With some smoke and and tomato and pretty open and expressive for its youth. Its on day two, so we shall see.

First bottles was funky and werid. This, much better. Sweet fruit and tangy, could ask for more in $16 Pinot?
