Pale straw yellow with a hint of green. Intense, very rich nose with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, almond and fresh minerality. Full and concentrated palate with a massive depth of flavour, the fruit is again ripe and tropical but backed with searing lime acidity and a touch of ginger spice (maybe from the botrytis). Very, very long. Superb. Just a tiny baby still too.
