(J.J. Prüm Riesling Spätlese Wehlener Sonnenuhr) Aromas of green herbs, mint, bright green apple, and fruit blossoms; pure apple on the palate. It’s brighter, fresher, and leaner that what I would expect from a Wehlener Sonnenuhr Spätlese, but pretty and wonderfully balanced. Katharina Prüm commented that the Sonnenuhr wines from the ’90s were even lighter and drier than they are today. Terroir: Wehlener Sonnenuhr
