(Chateau de Fonsalette Cotes-du-Rhone Rouge) This had an intense nose of kirsch, cherry, cassis and garrigue. Dramatic and very ripe with almost a liquor-like intensity but not quite. Seems a bit backwards but really an astonishing CDR. Layered, complex and impressive freshness.
