Nil residue chemical program – ensuring no residue of chemicals is in the grapes at the time of harvest, achieved via increased use of organic products that break down prior to harvest.

Generous dark cherry, plum and anise flavours have a fleshy textural feel with notions of earth, spicy cedar and infusions of fresh herbs lying underneath. Nicely balanced fresh acidity combines with a refined tannin profile. Finishes with a savoury aftertaste that has a sense of elegance to it.
