This is a love note to a Viognier with perfumed lilacs, orange blossoms, poached pears and a touch of gunflint on the nose. I was expecting a thick.

Pungent with a mix of botanicals, citrus rind and peaches, this is an assertive, low-alcohol style. Fermented entirely in stainless steel, it's lean.
